Being a specialist in a completely different field, I have always given importance to healthy lifestyle and physical activity, and have implemented various programs aimed at them both in Armenia and abroad. During my multi-profile work, I’ve got acquainted with such bright personalities in the field of physical and massagetherapy, who motivated me to establish this professional organization.
I have pleasantly discoveredthese specialists for me, as they are endowed with exceptional positive energy typical of their profession.Contact with them is real and tangible, not virtual, and in today's digital world, when almost everything moves to virtual reality, the social human beingstoo much need real human communication and contact.
The daily hard work of the physical and massage therapists, their efforts to restore the lost health of patients, the desire to give their clients harmony of body, soul and mind, the willingness to constantly develop and self-educate, give me new impulses and ideas every day to implement fresh and modern programs for them, which they really deserve.
The team of ourFederation is being replenished day by day, the bestprofessionals of the relevant fields trust us. Of course, all this, apart from pride, requires unspeakably great responsibility and efforts to justify everyone's expectations.
Sometimes when I think about the futurelabor market, studying the pace of modern technological progress, I sadly realize that today's very fashionable professions will be automated very rapidly or else will finally disappear, but even the futurists say that massage and physical therapy will remain a luxury services that will be the monopoly of professional human specialists. After all, no robotic iron and silicone touch can replace the real human contact, the exchange of energetics, the important psychological, mental and emotional role that comply massage and physical therapists.
That prove the recent professional re-profilingtrends observed in the Armenian and foreign labor markets. For example, in the basic courses of our Federation, lawyers, political scientists, engineers, linguists, economists, and many, many other specialists receive additional professional training courses of masseurs and physical therapists. Having a wide horizon of knowledge and skills, they acquire new practical skills in a short periodand become demanded specialists in a field completely unknown to them before.
By the way, the ambitions of such specialists are always high- to establish their own wellness clubs, spa centers, rehabilitation institutions, etc., but they realize that first of all it is necessary to deeply understand the nuances of the given professions. They are assisted by the professional coaches of the Federation, and as a result of combining different skills they jointly implement successful business ideas.
